Excellent service!!!Movers showed up on time, very professional hard working. Handled our property with care. Highly recommend!
Very easy to coordinate a move from several states away. Move coordinator helped make everything easy. The movers did a great job.
The moving crew was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for anyone with moving needs.
Helped me move a lot of things. The crew is very skilled about dismantling furniture if needed. Highly recommend!
It was great . They were prompt and efficient .
When we arrived in Virginia from NC the price went from $1700 to $2700 as we debated this insane increase of a $1000, they threatened to take my furniture an put it in storage until I paid them, I gave them $400 extra , all I had! Not to lose my furniture an not to have a bed to sleep on that night. They damaged my dresser, broke my wood standing trays, broke the leg on my desk, the arm on my leather couch an more! Vincent left the company an thats why I chose to use them again he left after I reserved the move but these new people dont care!!! They tried to tell me I agreed to a $180 a hour! Which I would NEVER do because Im a senior citizen on a fixed income. I will never use this company again. Seniors Beware!
You are the worst piano moving company that I have ever used. I am a well-known concert pianist (Dickran Atamian, look it up!) You charged my management 7K (2 pianos move) for the worst move in history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to call and talk I am at 310 254 7149. You should refund a major part of that to her. That would be the least you could do. But you don't care, do you??????? Dickran Atamian (Richie)
Reply after asking if they thought $15 damage reimbursement for a broken chair was acceptable. Drivers showed up 2 hours late with a much smaller truck that couldn't hold all the items. Hello Sir, we’ve provided you with a total discount of $185 to account for the smaller truck and the damages. Please note, we still need to pay the crew for 5.5 hours of work, but we’ve charged you a very reasonable rate. Normally, we only offer a $50–$60 discount, so $185 is a generous adjustment.
Efficient wrapping of my sofa and respectful of my belongings. Very nice customer service and Alex always checking on me
Haven't had the movers show up yet so I'm not completely sure about the move it's but I'm giving it 5 stars just on customer service. I talked to Chase Farrell and he was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful and admitted his mistake instead of just letting me have an extra $200 added which is very appreciated. I've always had very bad social anxiety which included me always dreading phone calls but he put me right at ease which makes the whole experience 110% better. Will update the review after the move.
The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I am proud to show off my deck to any and all.
I have never been so offended or disrespected as a consumer than this company who basically ripped me off.. I was yelled at by a mover who stood on the bed rails of my king size bed and broke the metal then replied I've never seen metal break while holding the broken piece in his hand. As a senior citizen and a widow I believe I was discriminated against by my age and gender. The guys were ill prepared no power tools or proper tools. I ended up lending the mover an Allen wrench because he only had a few no ladders no power tools and their ill equipped and lack of knowledge cost me money and time.. US relocation guy Alex begged the guy on speaker to move my 2500 refrigerator but they said they don't disconnect water line or disconnect washer hose both which were under contract to be moved..After reporting my accounts to Akex he and Curtis the mover promised they would come back the next day if I could get those appliances disconnected, they said they would just to get me to pay. I ASKED For that in writing from both Alex and Curtis the mover neither would do so after promising to do so..My furniture was dropped multiple times... While at the storage unit Curtis was yelling at me while Im on the phone with US relocation. Well the next day at agreed time of 10 no movers and now the bait and switch each company denying accountability and avoiding calls .I left message and Alex called back stating he would call the contracted company Dielman Moving both US relocation and Dielman offer poor and shady customer service. DIELMAN mover Curtis said I would now need to pay 450 additional dollar after paying 975 the day before to US Relocation..Curtis then said if I pard them I could sue U S relocation because they should have known their company couldn't unhook refrigerator and washer. I am angry and have a contract and it seemingly means nothing to Use these resources that offer referrals to unknowing consumers is extremely unethical.. Trust Pilot do you vet the people how many compliant does it take for you to remove the people from your data base.. Even Google gives warning of certain companies reputation..I have been sleepless in St.Louis and I have a deadline to move and I have to find and pay and still get someone to move the my refrigerator and washer ..my bed is still broken Alex said he would send forms for damage repayment..No he dud Not ..I was afraid they would throw or keep my items on the truck.. I felt like I was held hostage to pay and was afraid after the mover Curtis was yelling at me.. Alex then said I should talk to Kevin who sent me back to Alex. Whoever Gerald was didn't want to be bother and sent me to Alex voicemail. I thought going to supposed professional would yield peaceful results. MY Anxiety is through the roof...Please anyone looking to use this Company don't. What grown man stands on someone's bed as if it's nothing..He treated and US relocation treated me like I was nothing . I will be proceeding further with this. Oh by the way I was never informed they contracted the mover to local movers never heard of Dielman Moving and storage both should Never call themselves Professional
Vincent and Chris with US Relocation made this an easy and painless process. The moving crew were phenomenal and we were highly impressed with them.
Great job...Chris and crew were very good at there job. Well done ..
Be careful if you choose Us Relocation!! (The people we were in contact was: Carlos, Chris, Andy and Sam) My husband and I moved from Illinois to Florida and we lived a nightmare choosing them. I made estimates with several companies, but when I spoke with Carlos, he gave me confidence because he was very kind and left me a thousand messages to guaranteed their job, his estimate was not the cheapest, but the important thing for us was to trust the people we were going to hire and Carlos did a good job of making me believe in him. This company is disorganized and do not take responsibility for losses. The 1st problem I had was their punctuality, we agreed that they would be at my house on Monday, June 24 at 9:00 am. It was 11:00 am and they had not arrived, when I called they didn't even know what was happening, finally, they arrived almost at 1:00pm (we had plans to travel early that day which we could not do). When Sam and the movers finally arrived to pack, the movers broke the TV stand (that was the 1st thing damaged). The packers told us that they had already notified Sam and he was taking pictures, of course they never took pictures. After that, one of the boys was eating chips sitting on my mattress without protection and with his fingers full of food coloring. I have no problem that he was eating but I think they should not do it in the rooms when they are packing. 2nd: I had some large items that I was going to leave because we no longer used them so I took them to the sidewalk and one of the movers asked me if he could take them, I said of course and he put them in the truck, the problem was when they had to leave our belongings because they no longer fit in the truck. When Sam was at the house supervising we mentioned to him that we were expecting our belongings that week (we had never moved before and we mistakenly thought it would only take a week) he did not clarify that we were not going to have our things so soon, he realized that we were in error but he did not bother to tell us. I really would have appreciated the gesture of clarifying that the moving was going to take 16 days it would have been very helpful if he had been clear with us at that moment so we could have prepared better by packing more clothes and things that we would need, after that moment every time I called to find out if they already had a delivery date Chris was very rude and answered very badly and they told me that they would call me again but they never returned my calls. Finally, when the move arrived on July 10, only one man and his wife came in the truck. The man asked me if I wanted him to leave my things in the garage, to which I replied of course not after that he started asking me how he was going to put everything in their place because it was going to be so complicated I was just thinking how this man was asking me this kind of questions? I told him that they had to bring the things into the house and put them in their correct place because that was what Sam told us would happen. However, I began to receive calls from Chris asking me to make the second payment I didn't understand how they were expecting me to complete the payment if they hadn't started unpacking and they didn't even have enough staff to do it. After two hours of waiting, two more people arrived to help. When they opened the truck the first thing I saw was one of my mattresses without plastic and completely dirty, even the same man told me that he couldn't believe that they had brought my mattress up without protection and that now it was all damaged, when they finished unloading the things they left everything unassembled, when I asked the man to do it he told me that they hadn't hired him for that, that he had only been told that he had to unload the things.... they left everything wrapped in plastic, many things arrived damaged and dirty, one of my husband's jack handles was lost.... I felt very bad with my husband because he had already chosen another company and I convinced him to change to this one, big mistake!! after this whole nightmare I can say that the estimate was $6,500 at the end we paid $9,500 and that's ok if it's a professional company but this company gives a terrible service and they are going to return us $75.00 for the damaged things not to mention that filling out the claim is a very long and tedious process. I thought I hired US Relocation but the name of the brokers was Move it USA. Nightmare please be careful and hire someone else!!!!
The moving crew showed up in time and did a great job of moving my household items safely and without damaging anything. I was very impressed with their professionalism and great attitude.
This company was very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would. The two men got right to work moving the things that I asked them. Some of my boxes had come undone, they taped them up. We had scheduled the move to take 3 hours, it took 5 hours. There were no complaints, or slow down. I will recommend them to anyone needing to move.
Very professional crew not only concerned about my items but also me. Being certain I was in the correct place for them to work while keeping me safe. Super friendly to put you, their client at ease
If I could give less that 1 star I would. It is unfortunate that another person went through this experience. I left a Google review stating how terrible this experience was but of course, it can not be found. After my move on 8/16 I noticed that many items that were not replaceable were missing. I brought this to the attention of the company, who outsourced my move, and there was no assistance but a request to remove the review for $100. That would not replace my deceased grandmothers items, nor the items from other countries that went missing (from a move less than 1 mile away - literally around the corner). Then I was told to give an account of the items that were lost and file a claim... I have heard no word and it has been 3 weeks. Save yourself the trouble. I do not know what changed from when I used this company 2 years ago, but you will not be satisfied and your items will be misplaced. It seems that instead of solving the issue, they removed themselves from Google review and went to Trustpilot. Don't walk... RUN!
