Good first impressions, turned into a bad experience.
Initially they gave the impression of a reputable company, but that impression soon subsided. I brought a product from an advert on a social media platform. Payed about $26 for it. They gave me a tracking number. After a few weeks it said my purchase had arrived in my country, then out for delivery. But then it said because it hadn't been collected, it was going to be returned. I told them I didn't even know a delivery had been attempted, didn't have any communication about where to collect it from, but all of a sudden it is being returned. After a few frustrated emails and lots of excuses, one which unbelievably said... Sorry you are unhappy with our product. I never even received it I said. Omg. They said because of the destination location they cannot receive the product back so cannot offer a refund. So they have my money but I have no product. Thanks for that. Will obviously never be using your useless services again and hopefully be alerting others to be wary. I know there'll probably say they have lots of Satisfied customers and I'm just one of the unlucky ones to have had a bad experience, but even so, they could of at least offered a refund as good business ethics and customer satisfaction, but they said no...
