Great company and products
Everything smells gorgeous and unlike many other diffusers the smell lasts for ages. For the first time ever some bottles arrived broken (postman smelt fantastic!) - couldn't have been easier to contact Valentte and replacements arrived within 2 days. Very helpful and friendly. No hesitation in ordering from them again and recommending them. The diffusers come beautifully boxed and make great presents.
Thank you so much for your lovely review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience 😊 We’re really sorry that your order arrived with some broken items, but I’m glad to hear our team were able to get replacements out to you quickly and that everything was resolved easily for you. It means a lot to hear you’re enjoying the fragrances and that you’d be happy to recommend us — thank you again for your support. The Valentte Team
