I was guided step by step even though some of the information was very repetitive due to my inexperience with the Bankruptcy! She really knows how to treat the customer's dignity! I wish her well!
Nathaly was great once I connected with her on the phone. She returned my call in timely manner. She kept me updated as my documents was submitted. She was very professional and informative. I didn’t like that I was sent all these task to complete with no clear instructions. I reached out thru the online portal message center but instructions was not clear. I messaged for a phone number to call and speak with an attorney. At that point I was connected with Nathaly. With all the instructions given I feel you should be provided a phone number with document upload instructions. It can be very overwhelming.

Nathly and the entire team so far has been a true relief for me. Being available and responsive to my questions, concerns and understanding is something this company takes a genuine pursuit in. Normally you get voicemails, AI, email or no response at all after your interviews and payments are processed but not this Company nope!!! These people care about the well-being of their clients and it shows 10x in these unpredictable days. I'm not scared and feeling anxious. I still feel relieved and ready to move forward.
