My experience with Van Horn Law was…

My experience with Van Horn Law was excellent when it came to my bankruptcy case. I worked with Gabriela Burstein, who was professional and supportive from the very first moment. She explained every step of the process clearly, which helped me fully understand my rights and options. She was quick to respond to my questions and patient in answering everything, even the simple ones. Thanks to her expertise and legal knowledge, I was able to get through this difficult stage of my life with more confidence and much less stress. I highly recommend Gabriela Burstein and the team at Van Horn Law to anyone who needs legal help with a bankruptcy case.

Angela was great, she called before the meeting and followed up with me after the meeting. Angela was complimented several times by the Trustee on the way she submitted her forms. Angela was great!

Angela was great, she even gave a follow up call to see if I had any questions. It was very impressive when the Trustee mentioned several times about how good certain forms were filled out properly and in full. Throughout this entire process The Van Horn Law Group was extremely excellent!

Go elsewhere

Most of the 5 star reviews are done at the beginning of the process because they start begging for reviews from the jump. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They mess up paperwork, filing, and have horrible communication. You have a team assigned to you but they don’t fulfill call back requests, don’t answer questions, they’ll fill out your forms wrong, be late to your 341 meeting (because I called or else they would’ve missed it completely), give conflicting instructions that contradict one another and I can go on and on. Every time I’d call in to check on my case there was apparently a new lawyer assigned. It’s been 4 so far. The only good department is the finance department because they make sure your payments are clearing and answer the first ring when you call to ask questions about the payments.

I spoke to Bryan Clarke from the Accounting Department on Thursday 7/23/2026. I have two payments left for the Law Fee for Van Horn Law Group, P.A. I needed to set up a payment plan for the last two payments. Mr. Bryan Clarke was kind, patient, & professional with the phone call I had with him. He was able to resolve the issue I was having with the payment. I would highly recommend him if you are having any financial issue with payments owed to the firm. Thank You, Michael Lerman
