I am definitely pleased on how Janine L has handled my document process. At the beginning of this process about a week ago I was stressed, anxious, overwhelmed. But as the week went by I have felt a bit better in knowing I chose the right place to handle my bankruptcy filing. This has not been an easy process mentally but Janine makes the process flow. She communicates and is very helpful in answering my questions because I have a lot. Thank you so far and hopefully after the next steps I can take a deep breathe.

Going through Bankruptcy had me pulling my hair out thinking of humiliation. Van Horn law Group provided the understanding needed to show me there is light at the end of the tunnel. Their onboarding and documentation process was very efficient. You do have to do your work and gather the documents of course. They were inviting and nonjudgemental from the very first connection.

Compassionate people who will help make a stressful process seem easy

Things with my health started to take a downward turn last year and my finances became out of control. Making the decision to file for bankruptcy is very stressful and never an easy choice. I'm really glad I decided to go with Van Horn for this decision. Everyone I have worked with so far has been incredibly helpful and kind. They do their absolute best to make the process as easy as possible for you and they are quick to get back to you when you have questions. I've specifically spoken and worked with Lili, Bryan(accounting), and Nathaly. They've all been absolutely wonderful through this process. While I hope no one in my life ever needs to go through this process, I would easily recommend Van Horn if they did.

The team is very organized, supportive, and professional at Van Horn Law Group. In particular, the work with Kayli H. was great as she guided me through the initial doc submissions and compliance to prepare for the petition.
