DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! Was charged for 3 orders that never were processed but I was still charged! Emailed VapeJuiceDepot about the first two, thought it was resolved by the time I placed another order a few days later. Was charged a total of over $203 and ended up having to file for a refund from my bank. Ordered from them for over a year and never had this issue. NEVER AGAIN.
I live in Southern Virginia and use these guys almost exclusively. They have good prices. They are quick and flawless on my orders. They also have EXCELLENT customer service.

How easy it was, but I still haven't received my order which was over $1000 please help
I tried to make a purchase with this company and it was indicated that my card was declined and to try another card. This happened three times, so I called my bank. It turns out that all my cards were actually charged and some more than once. When I try to fill out a form to contact the company I am asked to confirm I am not a robot, but there is no way to do that. I am unable to contact them through their "contact" form. I finally sent an email to their support email. It has been 72 hours and I have not heard back. When I go to their website and make an account, there is no record of an order placed. Obviously, this is all disconcerting. There are serious glitches on their website. Be warned!

I placed an order before July 5 somehow, the address on the original order auto populated with an address. The shipper said did not exist which if you look it up on Apple Maps, it does exist so instead of checking, they supposedly returned the product to vape juice depot as of a couple of weeks ago they said they still had not received it back and today is August 2 and I still have not received my order.
You guys are always fast at getting my ordered shipped package always arrives either on time or before which is amazing and when something goes wrong you guys are always quick to fix it so thank you for everything you did
The vapes that I ordered have a very ugly taste. The UT Bar watermelon, dragon cactus taste straight like a rose perfume spray and the other tasted old. I'm very disappointed 😔 because I paid $25 and they were only $4 and they got sent late 😞

I ordered a pack of replacement pods. Total was $10.98 shipping was $8.00. Total should have been $18.98 but I was charged $26.97 with no explanation for the additional $7.99 charge. The payment page literally lists: Vaporesso XROS replacement pods $10.98 Shipping $8.00 Total $26.97 WHAT IS THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR?!
