I don't understand why part of my order was refunded if that particular product was refunded why couldn't it have been replaced with what was remaining in the order it was the same product just a different strength of nicotine

You did fantastic. Order was out the door within hours of ordering. Problem is USPS... My package that I still have not received has been to Sumner where it was supposed to go since then has been on Mr Toads wild ride, it has been to Puyallup, Tacoma back to Puyallup, now is currently in Seattle... 9 days and still not delivered.
I was charged for my order, waited 2 weeks for shipping and on the day of expected arrival I was notified the order was returned and I was refunded only a portion of what I paid, with zero explanation!
