Waisted Time
I spent the last 4 days typing back and forth with your support team. About a vape I got from you online. And now I am to send to them. They could have told me this in the first place instead they waisted 4 days of my time. I even sent a video they asked for. I don't want my money back, I just want a different vape for same price, that is working.
