I tried to place an order got charged but no order .
I tried to place an order, and although it charged my card, the screen displayed a message saying "Payment Failed." How is this possible? You charged my card, but I can't complete my order. I want my money back—this is unacceptable. I will not attempt to order again because I am concerned that it might charge my card again while still showing an "Order Failure" message. I’m tried to contact company but nobody seems to ansvering . The order number is 300033771, and the message says "Payment Failed!" This situation feels like a joke. My bank said contact mechant, so they revert payment , but merchant saying they will not do anyting about it. so i will be filing a chargeback . Avoid it.

Customer service is a total joke and a complete waste of time, plenty of other companies based in the UK are doing a far better job with similar deals. Can't be bothered to go into detail but will not be attempting to buy from here again, and neither will the people I recommended.

I spent over £100, I’ve been waiting well over 3 weeks and still no delivery update what so ever! Apparently it was ready to be shipped 10 days ago and still nothing! I have tried to contact and send emails several times only to be answered very abruptly from which can only be described as sounding like an automatic bot reply! Highly unlikely I’d use this site again or recommend to others, if not received this week maximum I will be opening a payment dispute with the company for a full refund.

ADDED UPDATE AFTER EMAILING... OUTCOME OF SENDING PROOF VIDEOS, SERIAL/BATCH NUMBERS.. GOT A REPLY SAYING THEY WILL GIVE FEEDBACK TO THE SUPPLIER.. STILL NO MENTION OF ANY REPLACEMENTS, NOT EVEN A SORRY, WE TOOK YOUR MONEY AND SOLD YOU DUD VAPES😤Out of my order over half of the vapes I brought didn't work, leaking, not charging, auto firing, I contacted them they asked me provided videos, and shipping label, I sent videos to them, the said they couldn't see from the videos, you can hear vapes auto firing etc, I've been a customer for a while, n that's the customer service you get

This company is a scam. They took my money from my bank account and then when I contacted them they said that it was payment failed on their part. They don’t even try to help you, they just said to open a bank dispute. So, my money just disappeared? Out of my bank account? Avoid this company.

They do 7 days a week delivery but wasn’t clear that the Free Delivery took 5 days.

Good products slow delivery
The last 2 orders I placed took 13 working days and 9 working days to arrive. I contacted the company and they sent me a copy of the tracking info, no apology, no explanation. The customer service is appalling but the vapes are very nice.
