Scamming website, takes money and says transaction “failed”

After placing an order I was told the transaction had ‘failed’ and I would not be receiving my order, however the money for the order was put into pending and when I raised the issue with customer service I was told they wouldn’t do anything and I had to contact my bank. But the bank said I could not cancel and have the money returned to my account until it was rejected by vape sourcing. I’ve been stuck in this back and forth for days and my money is just stuck in limbo. Also website is a .uk but customer services are in GMT+8 time zone. Not the first time something like this has happened, I learned the exact same thing happened to a friend who tried to use this website… What an absolute scam! Avoid at all costs!

Shipping extremely slow, customer support worse than AI chatbot

The vendor did not send out the item I ordered for the 2 weeks after I placed the order. The shipping time was clearly defined as 7-15 days. It has now been over 23 days since I placed the order and it still hasn't even left China yet. I have tried to contact their customer support as I can no longer wait for the package past this time because of personal reasons. After countless back and forth with their customer support who just kept saying "package is in transit" and "please wait" or some other generic response with no consideration to the situation whatsoever I had to resort to escalating this to my bank directly. I would rate it 0/5 if I could.

This company offers great prices but…

This company offers great prices but has absolutely zero customer service. I made a payment that was initially declined but later showed as a pending transaction before the amount left my account. Following standard procedure, I contacted my bank, who advised me to reach out to the merchant first. I shared screenshots and communicated back and forth, but unfortunately, Vape Sourcing UK's customer service was extremely abrupt and unhelpful. Their only response was, "Contact your bank, we can't do anything." Now, I’ve had to initiate a chargeback process with my bank, which could take months to resolve. It's a shame because their prices are good, but I wouldn’t recommend them due to their lack of support when issues arise.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Responses are abrupt and borderline rude. They sent me tracking number, different name and address on the delivery photo. They replied it was was wrong tracking number for my order. Now day 16 and still no tracking despite being advised it was being dispatched. Then told to wait patiently! £100 spent and still no vapes. Have asked for refund twice. Would avoid at all costs. Update: still no vapes, asked 5x for refund. Finally cancelled my oder despite being told it was ready for dispatch twice, then a day later told vapes were out of stock. Still no refund, I have opened a dispute with my bank,its now 23 days from ordering

Quick delivery in good condition

Item came in perfect condition. Was marked as processing until delivery (4 working days) so was slightly worried but all worked out in the end

Wish I'd checked "Trustpilot" reviews before placing my order... there has been no progress on my order, even worse, the customer service is almost non-existent, no email address, no telephone contact number, no clear path to cancel an Order, just a "catch all" tick box system that is just so frustrating, customer service is essential to online traders, communication is key to good customer service, not only do this company not process their orders effectively, they have no customer contact forums worth using. So sad, Vapesourcing.UK must do better. I am now in touch with my bank to force a return of my money. update: I did eventually receive the goods and there is no issue with them, and I just received a response to my review 100 days after my complaints directly to them. Shameful customer service

Order still processing after a week

It says shipping won't exceed 5 business days, it's been 5busines days +2 weekend days, order still says it is processing. Received from customer service a generic answer to take my time to explain the problem which I already explained on the original query I rised, no answer after that.. joke of a company.. won't shop with them again

Waited whole week after placing an order and it was never shipped out, I contacted support to find out about it and all they could say was "Item is out of stock" ... ok its of stock but I already paid for it? When will it be back in stock? Should I wait, should I get a refund? No information whatsoever. Just the fact that I have to contact support to find out it's out of stock and they couldn't even inform me about it on their own is laughable.

Found this online and found the vapes I like so placed the order for the offer 5, used the code. Monies got deducted and no order placed. Messaged them but no response at all. £42 worth, need an answer from the company whether the order is placed if not need a refund.

Terrible

What a farce, I ordered my vapes x3 one order on the 15th and one on 16th and only on contacting them I was told the items where not in stock so I requested a refund and are now not responding to my emails or messages. Still no refund and I will have to wait 14 days before I can get a refund from my bank which is appalling as they where very quick to take and hold my money. I'm sure this is against the consumer rights act. Close to £60 out of pocket.

Delivery takes a while

Still waiting over a week later for my items

Absolutely awful experience disgraceful I thought I would use this company for a first time since I had seen that they have the 20k puffs. But I ordered a week ago on 18th September and was told it was dispatched on 19th September. Absolutely NO tracking whatsoever no dispatch confirmation and my order still says “Processing” trying to communicate with customer service is like talking to a brick wall I am now being told no tracking has been provided and to “please kindly wait for your items”. Absolute disgrace they take your money and don’t send your items and try to fob you off saying no tracking has Been provided by the logistics. What company does not use tracking what a scam!! Will not be using this company again I will go back to my usual trustworthy company and if I could give a 0 star I would have spent nearly £50 and not received anything never again will now be opening a dispute with my bank.

The delivery time takes ages but I now know that I don't have to worry cause the parcel will arrive around 21 days after ordered. This has great value for money and great products. These are 1 of my go to vape shops I always use and only use 3 or 4 ships as my go to shops. I use more then these cause they don't have all items I want which isn't a problem. I'd advise to use vapsourcing cause they are amazing.
