The hassle of setting up devices the software you need a physical iPad. Can’t do remotely(phone) adding items onto the machine. Let’s see what else oh the card reader machine, you have to go through another whole hassle with that and all their requirements and that’s takes forever (2 weeks).
Amazing customer service, fast response time and excellent software and hardware
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with VapeTM so far. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. The machine itself was incredibly easy to set up, and VapeTM has created detailed how-to videos that answer virtually every question you could have. On the rare occasion I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for, their team responded quickly and provided clear, helpful guidance. A special shoutout to Jarrett, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values customer support as much as VapeTM does. While I haven’t started processing transactions yet, we’re installing the machine tomorrow, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the machine, the setup process, and the level of support I’ve received. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend VapeTM to anyone considering entering the vending business or expanding their current operation. Excellent customer service, fast communication, great training resources, and a company that truly stands behind its customers.
Late delivery that we paid $300 for because they wouldn’t let us pick it up. And they over charged us in my opinion.

The machines are fantastic, easy to set up, durable, easy to use. The bar owners love them. The customer service agents are extremely responsive and get you the help you need quickly.

My sales rep was informative and responsive. They always reached out and answered questions when I had them. The equipment was easy to setup. It came with onboarding videos and instructions. The online interface is super cool. It is very detailed and easy to navigate. I will be ordering more machines.

I’ve had the pleasure of ordering 8 machines through VapeTM over the last year, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the company and everyone there. The customer service and overall experience have been incredible from day one. Dakota is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever met. No matter what’s going on, he always gets back to me quickly and genuinely cares about helping. Jordan has also been amazing to work with. He’s done such a great job listening to feedback and constantly improving both the machines and the software, which has been huge as we’ve continued to grow. Great product and customer service is top notch
Having a responsive sales rep was great. The onboarding videos were 8/10, They are short and to the point but little things like setting up the wireless xmtr weren’t included i had to find the videos on youtube. I think a full 1 hour video showing the full start to finish set up would be very helpful
The locking mechanisms seem to be a weak point in the machine design. I have received one machine with broken welds on the posts that secure the lock to the door and I have experienced posts bending and becoming compromised during transport to vending locations from my warehouse through just the weight shifting and mass of the door, itself. I would like to seem this changed or addressed, as this is this security flaw is a loss of the main peace of mind that is essential for an operator when leaving a machine in a nightlife venue.
Sorry for the experience. There is no excuse for broken welds or bending posts. I’m unsure how it happened, but if you’ve already contacted support and the resolution isn’t satisfactory, email me directly at [email protected]. I will get involved. No excuse for this. The locks: You are correct. The locks aren’t built to be heavy duty. They keep honest people honest. Please know it takes over 30 days to get a machine. Set up the Nayax right away. Call if you don't like the coils the machine comes with so you can get the right ones.
