Nightmare
It has been a nightmare trying to get the machines setup. Missing parts, unclear instructions. Getting through to support it is awful. It should not be this hard to set up a vending machine.
Great Company and customer service.
Absolutely amazing team
I have been building my business and have only talked with Jacob and Corey and I must say the communication between those and all hours of the day have been amazing, I just placed my first order on a vending machine and can't wait will definitely be buying all my machines through them as I grow
I ordered 10 coils but only received 1
I ordered 10 coils but only received 1. Additionally, several decals were missing, and the decals that were included were not the same as the ones shown on the company’s website. Instead, they prominently displayed the company’s website throughout the design. Overall, my experience was disappointing. While the payment process was handled quickly and efficiently, the order fulfillment and customer service could be significantly improved. I hope the company can address these issues and improve its order accuracy and communication with customers in the future.

After months of research and using the website of VapeTm, found that they provide the best machines in the market and exceptional support for both operations and launching your biz. Placed first machine this month and will be purchasing two additional machines within the next month. Highly recommend VapeTM.

However much you are paying Jacob Hagman, it needs to be doubled. This guy is the god damn backbone of this company from where i sit. NEVER had a better experience with someone. I wouldn't go anywhere else because of this guy. Bonus time should be a good time for Jake.

Machines are good and built nicely
Machines are good and built nicely, only thing I wish was price was less if it were 2,000$ I’d probably buy 5 at a time but super expensive but worth it in long run if you place correctly

Highly recommended company
Highly recommended company. Started a new Pokémon vending business and worked with Dakota through the process. He personally took the time to get my first machine ordered and helped me along the way and answered any questions I had.

Minimum effort poor workmanship
My machine showed up a little beat up and missing id scanner.They said they would ship the id scanner 2 day air. I never did receive it. I contacted them multiple times but got no reply. Finally I just demanded a refund. When I opened the machine it looked like a ten yr old put it together. Loose nuts on antennas missing nuts for card reader, I would call it shotty workmanship. Not even a basic direction book on how the machine works. I just thot for $4000 it would be put together right and I would get some customer service. I won't buy from them again. Their lackluster efforts made it so I couldn't deploy that machine for the 4th of July weekend and probl'y made me lose at least 3000 in sales for the weekend. Buzzbot can suck it

I’ve had a great experience with Vape TM. The setup process was straightforward, and their team was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. Customer support has been responsive and willing to walk me through any issues, which made getting started much easier. The machines look professional, are easy to manage, and the monitoring tools make it simple to keep track of inventory and sales. Overall, Vape TM has been a solid investment for my business, and I appreciate the support they’ve provided along the way.
