I purchased an item over 3 years ago, which became defective within the warranty period. VAPOR. Com made the return process so simple for me. They sent my replacement quickly. So, when I purchased another product recently, I wasn't sure if it was operating correctly, and called Customer Service. I was instructed to simply return it for an exchange, which I did. I quickly received the replacement without any issues. Low prices, fast delivery, and EXCELLENT Customer Service! All companies should be this good! 10 STARS!

Great prices and quick shipping

Great prices, quick shipping. No major issues encountered. My only complaint is the lack of shipping options as USPS is horribly unreliable. I had to chase down the driver because my tracking number incorrectly said my package had been delivered days prior. USPS is horrible.

Vapor.com is 100% legit. I was recently shopping for a crafty+ and so many of the websites I saw looked like scams. I reviewed tons of comments about vapor.com and decided to give it a try. Products came quickly and with any issues. I even used the 20% off coupon code. I would have given them 5 stars but it tracking your products was almost non existent. By the time tracking info was available the package was arriving the same day. Other than that, 5 stars.

Worked out great

I had a warranty problem it took a long time for them to fix it. But they were overwhelmed by a big sale going on at the time. In the end they came through better than I could have expected.

Get 1,you wont regret it

As noted in other reviews,definitely a bit of a learning curve.But,from the moment I first used my vapcap,I became a instant fan. With the use of the Dynacoil,the Vacap is literally my favourite thing to use for concentrates.

I replied and told you that I did NOT place this order and to please cancel this fraudulently placed order. Your company decided to go ahead and ship it to an address that I do not reside at. great deals and incredibly fast!

Everything is satisfactory

Enjoyed my product and the website was good abs accurate. I purchased the healthy rips Rouge dry herb device and love it. Only complaint is must clean at least 3x to get that factory snell out of it. And shipping to longer but Amazon has the Wirth spoiled so I don't know if it was a long wait.
