I found the website confusing and difficult. I have used many family tree sites but this one kept glitching. I signed up for a free trial and while testing it out on the same, I cancelled my membership and trial. Today an automated payment came out my account. I emailed and within minutes Lily got back to me and let me know she had processed my refund. She was very helpful.
