Like their products, but like many companies today money is all that matters, not customer service. Spent ten minutes trying to simply get a replacement cord for an appliance. No phone contact, all hidden now, ask stupid questions and have no cord. Would not buy anything from this company again since they eliminated customer service. All they had to do was have a reference to parts and the ability to buy them
The wrong product was sent
I did not like the quality of the roof…
I did not like the quality of the roof material. I don't think it will hold up in the wind and snow. Also one of the arms was broken so I had to make the awning small than I wanted. The delivery was prompt and as advertised
The tool box came in with the lid hinge…
The tool box came in with the lid hinge broken and the bottom drawer of tools strong about and not in place. The foam dividers were all shoved in between the drawers making it extremely hard to open the drawers. The Quality Control is definitely a problem.

Very pleased and would recommend buying from this company product came on time . I bought the 6ton air bag jack , I only try it on my truck after assembly it lifted the truck very smoothly and quickly I think this will be my go to jack . I would recommend this company and this 6 ton jack
Unprofessional Delivery
Ordering the product, tracking the product and installing the product - ALL 5 STAR! However, your delivery person lazily left that heavy item outside our unlocked fence gate 80+ yards from the house out by the street. We have a sign on the fence telling delivery drivers Safe to Enter and bring to porch- that unprofessional action rates ZERO Stars!! I recently had spinal surgery. Not ok!!
