Great Prices/Value
Prices/Value/Savings = Great; Product Selection = Great; Return Process = Not Great. Only 4 stars because the return process is awkward. Had to email to request a return, no other option, and there was some back/forth emails needed after that. Too many emails for a return. I expected there to just be a ‘return’ option online just like nearly all retail companies online. Hope VEVOR can rethink/improve their return process.
Disappointed in condition of shipment box and contents.
The box received with packing taping damaged with 2 large tears in the thin cardboard box. All the hardware necessary to assemble the major parts were not shipped or possibly fell out of the 2 large holes in the box during shipment. Black model H5711-3
Works great!!
