We asked for white wine and they sent red wine. We were unable to contact them to correct the error because no contact number or email address was provided on the packing material. This was quickly corrected. we were sent our original white wine order, no additional charge.

I am updating my original review as I was very fortunate to have the assistance of Amanda (from Marketing) on my billing issue. She reached out to me after discovering that I was having issues and was beyond pleasant and willing to troubleshoot my billing issue. Amanda fully resolved my issue and I am 100% satisfied. The first bottle of the Vinesse red wine that I opened was very enjoyable. Thank you, Amanda, for your efforts. You are a very valuable part of Vinesse, in my opinion! READ THE FINE PRINT...Terms and Conditions...I am working with my credit card company now because of their deceptive marketing through their marketing partners.

Wine quality does not justify $25+ per bottle. You can get same-quality wine for a third of the price at any decent wine store. Also, they do not accept returns, which basically means they do not back the quality of their products. Customer service was nice, at least. Not continuing my subscription...

I had mixed thoughts on Vinesse - until today! Melani completely changed this and made me have a wonderful customer experience. I say "mixed" because I loved my first order from Vinesse, but did not like the 2nd order. Melani was so friendly - I actually chatted with her on the online chat and then spoke to her when I called. She made this go from a "mixed/on the fence" experience to a great one. I will definitely be ordering from Vinesse again - especially that she saved so many notes about my wine preferences. I've tried 3 of 6 in the shipment I received, and poured all 3 down the drain. This includes having decanted the Reds properly.

I never order from this company wine is good only had one problem the bottle cork Was dry the screw would t even go in it just Crumble up I am sure this can happen any where other wise I like it

The wines are expensive. The shipment should contain notes for each wine but they are either missing or the wrong wines. I’ve had an order ready to be shipped since Monday. It’s now Thursday and it still hasn’t been shipped. The free gift never arrived. Will be canceling this today.

Selected to delay my next shipment since it was less than 3 weeks from my last shipment of wine. Got confirmation on the website I was able to delay shipment from November until December. Order still shipped and I was charged. Called customer service, they stated there was nothing they could do I could pay to have it shipped back and get store credit for the price of the wine. Cancelled membership, lack of variety in shipments is not worth the price
