Problem with wine; updated review to reflect good customer service
Originally we rated this experience one-star: "I’m very sorry but we only enjoyed one of your wines out of the six we got, and found the others wholly undrinkable, usually pouring them out. We’ll be cancelling the service." But Vinesse got in touch and refunded our purchase in full so, while we didn't enjoy any of the wine, we also didn't waste the money on the order either. So we've updated the review to include their expedient and extremely fair treatment of the problem. Hopefully others won't have the same misfortune with their wine deliveries!

It sounds like possibly the shipment encountered some type of damage, since the majority of the wines were undrinkable- possibly heat or another temperature variation.
