This company is known to be a complete fraud. No one gave them authorization for anything more than my initial dollar. For some Vin information, they charged me $30. Unauthorized credit card fraud. I reported this fraud to the district attorney as well as my credit card company. We, their reviews. Their reputation is in the garbage, and these people should be in prison, not taking people's money online

Do not put any financial information in this website. They hide their charges and take $30 a week after they take the $1 you agreed to.
Total scam
Total scam. Never received the report initially for $1 before a charge for $29.99 charge hit unexpectedly. Out $31 and no service provided at all. No phone contact information available through card provider fortunately they walked me through blocking future charges.
I paid to receive a VIN history report
I paid to receive a VIN history report. After they took payment they then said I needed to provide additional personal information, such as my phone number, supposedly to prevent fraud. I didn’t provide this info and never received the product but was charged. If that personal information is required it should be asked for upfront. Two weeks later I received another charge from this company for an unrelated product which I did not purchase or authorize.
Unauthorized charge
I paid $0.99 for a car report then they charged my card $30 for something else on their website. They also reported that my car is manual, and it is auomatic. It is a scam.

Vinseeker is a complete scam company… Vinseeker is a complete scam company !!!! They offer a $1.00 report ( Which was worthless ) & charge the $1.00 & a week later charge you $29.95 !!!! I paid thru PayPal & filed a complaint against them through PayPal & the Azzholes @ PayPal ruled in their favor because they supposedly provided tracking ????? I also dropped PayPal, after being a cash making customer of theirs for over 22 years !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS VIN LOOKUP SCAM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This is a scam and fruadulent website. They will entice you first by saying the service is free, and then clarify that nothing is free but offer a $1 one time VIN lookup, if you decide to pay the $1 they then enroll you in a hidden $30 monthly subscription service. Their customer support is automated and immediately cancels your subscription but the damage is already done and they have access to your payment information. I was foolish and used the "$1" service while car shopping, without doing my research. I hope in seeing this you've done yours before "signing up." If not I'm sorry. I had to report this as a fraudlent service through my bank, cancel the "subscription" via the phone number listed on the vinseeker website and then cancel my credit card via my bank and have a new card issued. They've even flooded this site with fake reviews which is disgusting...

This website is a scam built to steal your money. Do not trust it.
Total scam
Do not ever run a vin check on this shady website. They show a process on how they're checking the vin but in reality it's just an animation to build trust and waste your time. After that they'll tell you to pay a $1 fee for the report, which isn't even accurate. After that you get charged within 1 week after you've payed for the report. I got charged $24.99 because of this. Do not ever try their services and stay away for your own good.

Do not use. They say it’s a free service then charge you a dollar to run a vin which isn’t a big deal but they unknowingly sign you up for a 10$ subscription.

Be careful... Unless you are looking for a membership fee of $29.95 a month, STOP. The $1.00 one time fee is a catch. I tried to get my money back and was told no.

I have proof this organization charged me everyday from the 13th of June to the 15th very unlawful and deceptive practice.

They claim an “absolutely free” vin report but then charge you $1 and then a week later 29.95. And they since have tried to charge me (my bank blocks it) another 6 times. The report barely gave any info and was not at all useful. Do not use this site.

Apparently, I got signed in (unwillingly) and .charged $88.85 twice. I have not yet received a refund even after repeated requests.
Terrible company
Paid the advertised $1 fee only to find I was enrolled in a $30 a month service. Tried calling to cancel but the automated service was no help. Did a chargeback but it was denied as they had a short form that showed my name and a recurring charge. Scum of a company.
