This is my second purchase from VionB of earbuds, one in ear and one outside ear. Sound quality is phenomenal on both. Shipping is a little slow ,since it comes from China, but not awfully slow. I highly recommend any earbuds from this company.

I ordered my earbuds several weeks ago and received an email from their joint co-founder asking how I was liking them. I responded that the courier Evri appeared to have lost them and could someone at VionB get back to me regarding a replacement order refund refund and surprise surprise no response from him or their customer service team

Almost perfect
The only thing keeping it from being five stars is that sometimes it goes on a stop and go loop. Meaning the Pandora/Iheart is going and it's like you have a skipped CD where it stops for a second plays for a second stops for a second plays for a second for a little bit. I don't know what causes it but other than that and my phone trying to connect to it when it's off so I have to unplug it when I'm just sitting in my car... And one more problem I don't think is your fault which is if there's no internet connection it just stops dead. I couldn't recommend this enough otherwise.

The sound quality is great. Phone conversations are clear. They stay on my ears which is wonderful. I love them the only thing I don't like is that the touch pad often touches behind my ear and hangs up the phone or pauses my music. Overall I love them!

It’s been great! I love the clean and sleek look of the case the colors are so pretty. What I would say would be amazing is if you guys make a case for the iPhone 16e specifically because I bought a iPhone 14 case for my iPhone 16e because there wasn’t one for my phone and I would love if the camera fit accurately. But other than that amazing case. Please let me know if you guys make a iPhone 16e case! That would be amazing!

I wouldn’t recommend these headphones.
The Instagram ads claiming they “silence ADHD” are what convinced me to buy them, but the product is a huge disappointment. They feel incredibly cheap, the earbuds almost never pair properly, and when they do, they randomly disconnect or shut off.
The “hassle-free returns” are misleading. Instead of processing a return, they email you offering a reduced refund if you keep the product.
Now I’m stuck with not one, but TWO pairs of headphones I can’t use. (I got their buy one get one offer) Poor quality, unreliable performance, and disappointing customer service. Save your money.

I have steered clear of earbuds until now! I don't like inserting thigs into my ear, and even when I did try, they would pop out because they were always too big for me. These are perfect because they hug onto my earlobe, so the bud itself doesn't have to be inserted, and instead it is hanging right in my ear's opening.
And they look awesome! I've gotten lots of compliments and asked where I've gotten them, so I may be driving business to you.
Great design which balances function and aesthetic into one.

I love how small they are
I love how small they are, they are exactly I need. The sound quilty is great. Seeing how I got them today I am unsure how long the battery life is. The only thing that I have issue with is the fact that my arrival date for my product was July 30th. I did not receive untill today August 3rd.
