I wanted pre existing conditions which I thought I was getting n the policy but apparently when I printed off the policy there are not included!, but contacted them to cancel policy and chatted with a very helpful guy I think called Adam who was very helpful and assured me I would get a full refund .. thank youn

We'd like to clarify that your policy does not provide coverage for pre-existing conditions, but it does cover the acute onset of a pre-existing condition when it meets the policy terms.
Additionally, the $25 cancellation fee applies only after a policy becomes effective. Since your policy is not scheduled to begin until September, there would be no cancellation fee if you choose to cancel at this time.
