Recommended company, faultless installation and professional workmanship A*
Hi Andy, Many thanks for your review. We really appreciate you sharing your experience of working with us. We'll pass your comments on to the installation teams and make sure they get the credit they deserve for delivering such a fantastic job. Thanks again, Visual
Visual Effect Conservatories Ltd have just replaced all our aged windows. We are returning customer's and again received a first class service from start to finish. Our quotation was tailoured to our requirements by Steven and came out the cheapest of 3 quotes. The fitters Sam, Dwane & Mark arrived on time, were very clean and professional. They have installed high quality windows throughout. We are very satisfied with Visual Effect Conservatories Ltd and can once again highly recommend them for Windows, Doors & Conservatories ... 10 out of 10 👍

I’m so pleased with my orangery Steve the sales adviser listened to my requirements which was breath of fresh air as other companies who quoted didn’t The builders did a superb brickwork my father a retired a bricklayer who complemented them Every person who were involved did a professional job so no complaints With the recent cold weather the orangery useable so glad we chose visual to build the orangery would recommend them Thank you and wish the company all the best

I've used Visual a number of times over the last few years and have to say that I have been impressed by the service provided. It's hard to find good companies to deliver a good service, but Steve and his team work hard to look after their customers and provide an efficient service and quality product. I have and would definitely recommend them.
Hi Chris, Thank you for your kind words. We really appreciate you sharing your experience of working with us to improve your home. Should the need arise in the future, we'd love to help you out once more. Visual
From the time we had the first visit from John to decide what we wanted, to the builders, fitters and joiners on site it was first class, speedy service and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We would heartily recommend their service.

I’m so pleased with my new porch. The quality of the materials is excellent and the team were clearly experienced experts. I was kept informed throughout the construction and it was completed within a very good time frame.
Good morning! Thank you for the review, we really appreciate you taking the time out to write about your experience working with us at Visual. Cannot say how pleased we are with the recent work carried out by Visual. They built an Orangery for us a while back and we were very pleased with how that went so it was logical for us to ask them to quote for new windows and replace the front porch. I had an idea in my head of how it would look but with the help of Steven Brewer from their sales team, they managed to supply us with a very beautiful front porch with the wow factor. From Sales through to all the trades we were happy with the quality, organization, and friendliness of the various teams. They would be my first go-to on any ongoing projects and the best bit was they were way cheaper than Safestyle and Coral windows. Safestyle fitted our last windows which never really fitted properly this time Visual have delivered a high-quality product and I,m delighted. Not sure where the negative comments have come from but it's not the company I recognize or experienced and I,m pretty picky with work done. I have no problem with recommending them.
Hi Alan, It's great to hear about your experience working with us and we'd all like to thank you for sharing it with others. If there is anything else we can help with in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch. All the best, Visual
After having a conservatory built a few years ago we went back a second time when we needed a new door and a couple of windows. Great customer service from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly and good service from everyone at Visual. Would definitely recommend to others

We are very pleased with the construction of our conservatory. Good workmanship by the builders, fitters, electrician and plasterers. Pleased with the finish and how it looks. Everyone was very respectful towards us and our property.

We found Visual through internet search.we visited them and spoke to them through their director Steve cooper, and we’re impressed by their simple uncomplicated process of talking us through the process of how it works and the the time lives for commissioning a conservatory. We had a particular design in mind and visuals were so responsive and delivered exactly what we were planning. The end product is excellent. We are so pleased. The work was completed well in time. Excellent service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, the design process, groundwork, the actual build and installation and completion. While, All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations took place as promised. The payment schedule was clear, although I was not impressed by unnecessary being chased for payments, as we paid exactly within a day of the requested schedule. Nothing too much to put us off. We can speak highly of Gary and Dominic who fitted the special roof and we’re so friendly and polite. All trades man from plumbing to electrician and plaster guys did a great job. Can think of any glitches at all, we have already recommended visuals to several friends and new neighbours who are considering a conservatory. We look forward to enjoy this wonderful living space. Dinesh and Karen
Dinesh and Karen, It's been a delight to hear about your experience working with us and we can only thank you for deciding to share it. Choosing to undertake building work on your home is a big decision to make, so thank you for entrusting us with that and we're glad that we more than delivered for you. Thanks again, Visual
Great service, professional in every way. Had a new “self clean” roof fitted to existing conservatory over a week ago. Fitters were brilliant; friendly, efficient and never stopped. Work took 1.5 days and at the end of each day you wouldn’t know they’d been … cleared everything away professionally. Only minor issue is we thought we were getting an orangery from initial survey but this was not the case …. probably our misunderstanding ….. and wish we could stop bird droppings to one side as it does tend to spoil the effect!! Conservatory now though is a lot warmer and quieter in the rain; more comfortable to sit in. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
Hi Trevor, Thank you for your honest review. We're delighted that you are on the whole really happy with your new living space. An orangery can take many forms and the design can go different ways these days. That said, we'll definitely take your comments on board - thanks for bringing that to our attention. Regards, Visual
Had a conservatory recently built by this company. Absolutely brilliant in all respects. I could not recommend them more highly.

Visual were recommended by friends, and we were able to see the quality of their work. Great service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, through the design process, survey, groundwork, build and installation. All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations and the various trades who arrived in a timely manner. All the trades were polite and professional and tidied up behind themselves. Particularly impressed with the communication from Richard who kept us up to date with timings, next steps plus answer any question we had. Happy to recommend. Andy Ward

Visual replaced my old windows in September and I'm incredibly happy, the lads who fitted couldn't have had a worse day.. it snowed pretty heavy, but they stayed until the job was done, they even cleaned up even though I told them it was fine given the weather, very professional nice lads. I live on a main road and the sound has been massively reduced and I love not having a breeze blow through the frames anymore. my rooms heat up much quicker now and stay warm.
Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. It's great to hear what a great job our install team fitting new windows and what a fantastic impact they've had to your home. Thanks for choosing us and if there is anything else we can help with, we hope you'll get in touch. Regards, Visual

I got my new doors fitted on Saturday. I wanted to replace the old UPVC ones for some that were more robust and more secure, that also wasn't too expensive, so I went with their Frontline composite doors. Extremely happy with the quality and how they look. Lovely fitting guys too! Would absolutely recommend Visual!
