I feel took too long to arrive from Richmond,Va…….

I feel took too long to arrive from Richmond,Va. to Marietta,Ga (Over 3 days) although fish remained frozen there was only part Of one bag of dry ice remaining on arrival.

I am sorry to know you now or soon will have a new "handler" of the vital products. The authentic and careful selection of product and the ideas for using the sea food was so very helpful. I do not entirely trust the care will go forward. It seems to me there are many discriminating customers. I wish the west coast fisheries well! Take good care of your employees. I have always liked talking to them when placing an order. They seemed to know the product and were helpful.
