If I could give it a negative 5 star rating I would. I had several inquiries back and forth for more personal information, on the last request I submitted the information and my reply basically said my email doesn't exist in their system, I am requesting a refund, I doubt I will get it. Don't use their service your birth certificate will never be sent and certainly not in expedited fashion that I paid for, overb$200 just gone.
