Discount Code Didn’t Work, and Customer Service Wouldn’t Honor It

I purchased a product as a new customer and used the 10% off discount code they provided. I entered the code exactly as instructed, clicked “Apply,” but the discount was never deducted from my total. When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn’t correct the issue because my order had already been processed. Instead, they offered me 15% off a future purchase. Unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the problem. If the original discount code didn’t work the first time, I don’t have much confidence that another one will work either. For that reason, I can’t recommend purchasing from this company. I expected them to honor the discount that should have been applied to my original order, and I was disappointed with how the issue was handled.

Cancellation Problem

Shipment history: Shipped April 17 Shipped May 20 Shipped June 17 Shipped July 8 IT WAS NOT TIME FOR A SHIPMENT! I CANCELLED JULY 8TH AND THE NEXT SHIPMENT WAS NOT DUE UNTIL LATER IN THE MONTH. As soon as I submitted my the cancellation request, I got an email that my order was submitted and could not be stopped. Also, when the prescriptions arrive, they are HOT to the touch. This medication is supposed to be refrigerated. I would not recommend VITAstir Clinic®.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL -They do not return phone calls or…

They do not return phone calls or emails. They never answer the phone number provided. I had a glitch with a credit card. I paid twice for 1 product. They refuse to contact me. They refuse to refund one of these payments. This is AWFUL ! So corrupt. I have been calling and leaving messages for 3 days.

Charged me shipping

I was with them for 6 months and never had any problems until the end. The prices are ridiculous compared to other companies, but I was just starting off and didnt do alot of research to compare. The last month I was charged for shipping. If you are spending over $400 for the product, you should NOT be charged. I called and they said the I should have been charged shipping this whole time even though it said free shipping when I ordered. Customer service was rude to me and refused to credit me. There are plenty of other companies out there that charge less and dont sneak in hidden shipping fees

I have been using Vitastir for a little over a year with the GLP-1 Tirzipatide injections. In just over 8 months, I lost almost 40 pounds which is at my ideal weight. I'm so happy I signed up with this company. Their customer service is top notch... very professional and QUICK to get back. I usually use the online assistant on the website and it's usually after hours so i gets sent as a message....but the last time I did that they got back to me within an hour which was neat. There were a few times I adjusted my dosage amount and they complied quickly and professionally. I have referred several of my friends to this company and if you'r thinking about using them, you won't be sorry.

Abysmal Customer Service

I was very disappointed with my experience. My GLP-1 medication was shipped during the Florida summer and arrived warm, with the cooling pack completely ineffective. Given the temperature sensitivity of these medications, I expected much better packaging and shipping practices. I reached out to customer service, but the response did not give me confidence that the issue was taken seriously. Patients rely on these medications being handled appropriately, and shipping them in extreme heat with a failed cooling pack raises serious concerns about quality and reliability. I hope the company improves its packaging and shipping protocols to protect patients and their medications. Unfortunately, the company also declined to replace the shipment despite the compromised condition upon arrival, making the experience even more frustrating.

Misleading

Here’s a clear review you can post: The product itself was not bad, but I feel the pricing and description were very misleading. They showed pricing options for 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months, so I chose the 3-month option thinking I was purchasing a 3-month supply. Unfortunately, that was not the case, I was told it was only a 1-month supply. I feel like the way this is presented can easily confuse customers and make them believe they are getting more than they actually are. Paying almost $300 for only one month feels unfair, and honestly, it feels like people are being misled. Very disappointing.

Find another company. Don't waste your money with vitastir.

These people are scammers. I paid $570 for vitamin b and vitamin d and never received them. It's been over a month. The company acknowledges receipt of my payment and refuses to give a refund or the item I paid for. I've had to file complaints with consumer protection agencies, the attorney general's office and will probably have to file a lawsuit. It is not worth this much stress. Just find another company.
