What people say

Good idea but bad execution

Good idea but bad execution. Freight charge is expensive for the delivery time it takes to delivery a parcel to your location. Other service company have same charges, but it get delivered less than a week, eg with DHL or FedEx, Post 2-3 weeks and it has no tracking, just ETA. Also extra penalty fee apply if fail to provide or filling in wrong details. Extra money making tactics. Won't used them again.

Awful non-existent service outsourced…

Awful non-existent service outsourced to India with a whole bunch of people who do not care about the customers' issues. They should have just have a chatbot or AI in place to automate these brain-dead, copy-paste answers, regurgitate whatever they are given people. Can you imagine forwarding parcels to an address and the forwarding company rejects all your parcels. I lost all my goods, not to mention the money i paid for any half my parcels, items are stranded in a foreign country this joke company says they offer forwarding services to. Make them go bust by purchasing directly from Amazon.co.uk

The worst experience using a postal service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with VPost. I purchased a tablet that could not be shipped directly to Singapore, so I sent it to VPost’s facility in Thailand, expecting them to redirect it to me here. However, the service was far from satisfactory. When an issue arose with the delivery, I called VPost Singapore and was initially told the seller had not paid the courier fees. This was completely untrue—the real issue was an import tax that needed to be settled. After contacting FedEx, they provided me with the tax invoice, which I promptly paid online. Despite accepting my package, VPost then refused to send it to me, claiming it was classified as a dangerous goods item—even though FedEx had safely delivered it to their facility. This was baffling and frustrating. VPost offered two options: either send the package to a local address (which I could not do, or I would have done so initially) or dispose of it after 30 days—hardly reasonable choices. I had no option but to arrange my own delivery via FedEx, which led to more complications. VPost required multiple documents and advance notice for the pickup, yet failed to properly manage the updated shipping labels I provided. This caused significant delays and extra follow-up on my part. Over the course of two weeks, I had to contact VPost almost daily and speak with a dozen different representatives before escalating to a manager. Only after this was the package finally picked up and delivered to me. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration, I strongly advise against using VPost. Their poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of customer support caused me significant anxiety and inconvenience. Use caution when considering their services.

Do Not Use Vpost

If you want to wait super long and pay super high prices for your delivery then go ahead. Non existent customer service hotline with slow response. Pay such expensive prices but shipment takes super long. I just hope they don’t lose my parcels because am still waiting. Redirection of parcels is painful and will indicate your items as “imitation goods”and refuse to send them over to you because it’s sent from this merchant. Just brilliant.

1sr time and last time using Vpost

1sr time and last time using Vpost. Heavily advertised bundling and 15% discount for new users. They are not very clear about bundling discount and the amount given was so little that they might as well not give. 15% I discovered only applies to 1 package not all in 1 shipment. They did not give me the promo code and when I asked for it to be applied for the current shipment they say cannot, only for the next and to be used within 6 months. Lack sincerity and too many small print conditions not made known in their marketing.

I'd give them 0 star if I could

I'd give them 0 star if I could. NEVER USING VPOST AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Bought some things from some US sites, and wanted to ship to Australia. The shipping turned out to be WAY more expensive (double the price) of what the original sites offered. I regret so hard not reading the previous reviews first. Not only that, customer service was basically non-existent, I get a 0-value response 2 weeks later asking me for the tracking number and account number (bro you can just get that from your own system SURELY?) and now I have to start paying storage fee because it's been 30 days already, like it's all part of their plan to delay their responses as much as possible. So annoyed with Vpost, expensive lesson learnt. Now I paid for their stupidly expensive shipping, I wonder if I will ever receive my items. Learn from my mistake.

Bought an item from Amazon USA

Bought an item from Amazon USA. Item arrived VPost US warehouse. Immediately paid for my very expensive Air postage charges. The item was then listed as shipped. The horror story starts here! IT TOOK more than 21 DAYs to receive my item in Singapore. Paid for Air delivery is basically waste of money. There is no real time tracking avaliable, what u see on the vpost tracking page is all FAKE . Horrible experience!! Cant believe a govt own business could be operated in such way. DONT USE VPOST!

Enticed with welcome promo code of 15%

Enticed with welcome promo code of 15%. Naturally I bought a couple of items. Then came the auto bundling discount of 5% upon checkout without giving a choice or highlighting the change of discount. Utterly disappointed by the slow response upon my enquiry. Will definitely NOT recommend. Try at ur own risk..

Status shown SHIPPED and went dead..

I use vpost thinking that it belongs to Singapore Post which should be quite reliable. Upon receiving my item in VPOST USA, I quickly alerted them. Then next day I received an email to pay for the freight and GST which I was very impressed with their service. Then the next day, I received a notification that my item was shipped. The most irritating part was, there was no live updates on where my item was! Has it been departed the origin? Was it on the plane? I called vpost Singapore and was told that my item will me delivered to be from xxx to xxx (a one-week duration)! This is my first and will be my last time using vpost!

I have 12 packages at the warehouse

I have 12 packages at the warehouse - 7 of them have been marked as received at warehouse for almost a month. I’ve been calling multiple times a week and emailing, I’m assured it’s taken care of and the packages will be on my account soon so I can forward to Singapore and then I receive the same email saying that the packages aren’t received, can I check with the shipper. I have sent the proof of delivery many times, and it’s literally on my VPOst account profile that 7 of the packages are in the warehouse?! It’s thousands of dollars of product, I’m devastated, I don’t know if they are just badly organised in the US warehouse or criminals - either way, avoid at all costs.

Very expansive shipping cost

I have bought some 3 items from Australia and use Vpost as a reshipper thinking that the merchant offer free shipping AU wide and the reshipping will cost cheaper than the merchant to Singapore. How wrong I am. The shipping cost from AU to Singapore for a 5.8kg box is a whopping $322. That’s 3/4 of my all my items priced. There is only a shipping option which is standard which I cannot select Economy option. I am stuck and feeling cheated by Vpost way of calculating shipping rate. I thought they promised cheapest shipping rate but I don’t think so now.

Avoid Using vPost & Don't Trust their FAQ.

Avoid using vPost at all costs! It's clear they don't take customers' feedback seriously. I posted a negative review a week ago and warned them that I would continue sharing my bad experience. This is the first time I've felt compelled to write such a strong review about a company. Here's what happened: My package is stuck at their US warehouse because they claimed it's a restricted item, even though it wasn't listed in their FAQs about prohibited items. If I had known this, I never would have sent the package. I even double-checked the list of restricted items with the Singapore Police Force to be sure. Whenever I contact their helpdesk, I only get a generic response like "still checking with the warehouse or relevant team." Thankfully, my item isn't of high value, but I am determined to see this through. The way they conduct business is unethical, and I am prepared to escalate this to CASE if they don't resolve it promptly.

New Warehouse Address Failure, Customer Service Stops Responding

vPost recently moved one of their USA warehouses and had the address changed. I sent 4 packages there, 3 of which were deemed undeliverable by the local post office, due to the weird address format. These 3 packages were returned to sender. This caused me a lot of stress and hassle. I contacted vPost about this and they just said it's not their responsibility, but that of the US postal service. This is despite their new address being missing the keyword "suite" that is found in their other addresses so far, that explains the second address line to the post office. "Mr Jordan" from vPost then just stopped responding when I asked if they were going to do anything to ensure the issue doesn't persist.
