I had a terrible experience at Wallypark last week, and leaves me also with no trust that there is anyone watching vehicles late at night.
My flight was delayed about an hour so I came into LAX around 1:15AM. I called for a van pickup at Terminal 1, and waited approximately 15 minutes. No problem, other than my driver was not very friendly and didn't offer to help with my bag when I boarded the van or when we arrived at Wallypark. I could handle it myself, but after a very long flight would have welcomed it, and usually drivers in the past have done this.
I had made a reservation and prepaid my parking as I have done in the past, so when I left the garage went to scan my QR code to leave. It would not work. Thinking maybe the extra hour needed to be paid, I went into the office to see if that was the case, but could not find a single person anywhere. I waited about 10 minutes and the driver showed up again in front. I asked him if he could call someone. He called the desk on a two way radio, which I could hear standing next to the desk. I told him no one was around... could he reach anyone else? He just shrugged his shoulders, closed the van doors and sat in his van. I called Wallypark's phone number and it rang on the phone in the office. I called back, trying every different option... no live person would answer. By the way, the Valet window was just wide open, I could have easily reached over and grabbed any keys I wanted - not good! Still not a single person around, and by this time, at least 30 mintues had gone by and the driver in the van had even left, I guess to go on another airport run.
I tried the Wallypark phone number again, and this time the answering service picked up (same service I spoke to when I called for the van from the airport). I explained what was happening, and they tried to call someone for me, but as I stood there, I heard the worker's cell phone ringing on his desk nearby. I told the guy from the answering service, the cell phone was ringing, but no one was there. He said he would try someone else and hung up. I continued to wait but I was steaming by this point, I had about a 2 hour drive ahead of me and had to go work the next day. It was 2:15 AM at this point, and I'm captive in this garage. Finally a woman showed up, I think she may have come from the Wallypark Express garage. I explained what was going on and that I couldn't get out with my barcode. She said she wasn't going to make me wait for the person who was supposed to be there and grabbed a remote which lifted the barrier so I could leave.
I will never park at Wallypark again, beyond this inconvenience, it showed me that no one is watching the vehicles at this time of night. Any criminal could have easily walked in, grabbed those keys from valet and burgled hundreds of cars, or even stolen them.
We have a corporate program with Wallpark at work, and I am the person who signs up new people for it, well that is done now too. Not comfortable sending anyone there. This was the last straw, thinking back the last few times I've used it, vans have been less frequent around the airport and always super crowded anyway... time to move on to a new garage/service. Bye bye Wallypark. You need to do better.
Our flight was cancelled, so Leon Harper took us immediately back to our parked vehicle and pleasantly told us how to take care of getting the same service the next day. He made the experience quite seamlessly!!!!
Thanks Leon!!!
Horrible waiting over an hour! Called texted multiple times!! premier Wally and other vans came by over 2-4 times and nothing for self park.
Rude service, LIARS!!!
Horrible, waste of money can walk or Uber faster and could’ve already been home!
DO NOT TRUST THEM OR BOOK WITH THEM!! Worst service EVER!!!
I had to cancel my reservation because my trip changed…. For 2 full days before my parking reservation I tried to cancel!! I tried online multiple times…. Site wouldn’t accept my cancellation. Phone calls not answered, emails not answered!!! No chat!!!I even got up at 4:00 am to try to cancel before my 7:00 reservation!! It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION ONCE YOU MAKE IT!!! BEWARE!!!!
They owe me $97. Plus change!!!! RIP OFF!!!!
I have used Wally Park for a while now. From my experience, the location here in Atlanta do a great job of getting you to the airport. The issue sometimes is getting picked up. My most recent experience, this was not an issue. Evelyn Nye was waiting when I arrived at the pickup location. The bus was nice and warm and she was thoughtful about dropping us off at our vehicles, since it was super cold out. Many thanks.
Website miscalculates discounts; Support is horrible
Site offered 30% discount for Members. I was logged in to receive the 30% discount. Selected the dates for parking and it showed the correct discount, but when getting to the Summary/Payments screen, only 20% discount was showing. Clearly they miscalculated.
Tried many times to reach out to their Customer Support. After ~ 5-7 days and my inquiry being escalated, they indicated it was a programming issues and would speak with their programmer. I asked about getting the 30% discount but they never responded to that request or an additional follow-up.
The parking experience is good but if they misrepresent fees and do not stand behind that, there are other options at the PHL airport which I may now explore.
This is the third time in a row we have had to wait 40 plus minutes to be picked up at Denver to return to wallet park. Three shuttles went by that were full. Driver told us we should Uber to wallet park as it would be faster. Would wallet park reimburse a Uber ride to pick up my car?
First of all, Wally offers a discount for military. It is close to airport. The shuttle gets you to the terminal fairly quickly. Now the bad points. Wally seems to not have enough employees or shuttle buses to return from the airport back to your car. It is not unusual to wait 30 minutes for a bus and then there are airport workers who use wally parking lot. They do not wait in line and the bus fills up with workers and 1 or 2 travelers. We wait for the bus and watch the other parking shuttles come many times over before a Wally bus will show up. When you put your return time for reservations make sure you put 3-6 hours more AFTER your flight arrives or you will be paying more time when trying to leave. The prices were jacked up Thanksgiving 2023 and they were overbooked so cars parked everywhere on the lot and the buses could not take you to your car. This is the Atlanta parking lot. No customer service and plenty of short patience. I have been using Wally for about 4 years now and this is common practice. It's time to move over to one of the shuttles that you watch come and go while you wait for wally.
I have used this service 4 times and every time it has taken 30 minutes to an hour to get picked up when 5-10 minutes is what is promised. And they don’t answer their phone and refuse to make it right. Then when it finally came it was completely full and there was no room to sit and the driver almost got in an accident and threw all the passengers toward the windshield.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When we arrived our code would not work. The attendant was very nice, clearly saw pass was valid, so let us entered.
Upon leaving, once again the code would not work. But this attendant would NOT let us out, even though it was clearly a valid ticket. Texted her manager, who said we would have to pay again and we "might" get a refund. So I paid. Got home and emailed manager who said "corporate accounting department" has turned down my request.
Just to be clear: I have been going to Atlanta airport on business & pleasure for over 35 years, parking in almost every lot. I have experienced ticket problems a few times but they were always handled with a smile. This is the first time I had to pay twice.
As I tell this story to friends, they have also had problems at Wally Park
I was traveling international last week and Nicholas Watson was very talkative and had on enjoyable music. I hope I have him for a driver again when I travel next month.
second time this happened at the Jax facility——scanner had trouble reading the code—so I got double billed. There is a “Helpline” which takes you to a voicemail—??? In there effort to automate—they have lost me. Never any luck reaching someone in the office—everything rolls to the shuttle drivers—
I will use alternate like USA park in the futire
If you have another choice, take it. We arrived into ATL yesterday, followed the instructions to text the shuttle at bag claim and still had to wait for about 25 min for a pick up. While we waited, multiple shuttle buses for the competition passed us waiting, repeatedly. All the other remote parking companies had shuttles come by every few minutes, sometimes 2 waiting to pick up customers. Meanwhile we waited and waited and waited. I would share a photo below but there is nothing to share. Spend a little more and pick anyone but WallyPark. This was my first and LAST time to use WallyPark.
Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for a pickup at the international terminal. We were lied to multiple times about a shuttle being dispatched to pick up our family. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude. I would NEVER park with this company again.
We are very patient people and it takes quite a bit for me to be willing to post a negative review of a company.

WallyPark Customer Service
LOUSY SECURITY at Indoor parking. CAUTION! Lousy customer service.
Indoor parking. But, BEWARE...the security is awful! My car window was smashed and items stolen from the car. Wallypark said several others were broken into. Said it's not uncommon. I discovered the damage upon return from a trip, no note or anything from Wallypark (such as "we discovered the window damage on XX date, please come to the office")...so I go to employee on duty and they say fill out this claim form. I spend the time to fill it out; they also say a police report was filed (it wasn't--why not?!). In the end (a MONTH LATER) I get a curt letter from their insurance company saying "sorry, not our problem". It's JUST LOUSY service, from beginning to end. I WAS (past tense) a loyal wallypark customer but no more...they have ZERO customer service and ZERO responsibility.
