My first time ordering from them and I'm so impressed. Both the shipping and assistant responded quickly. It came with a free adjustment tool and I can find clear instructions on WWS, so I was able to resize the band myself easily.

I placed my order in late April and hope that it would arrive by the timeline it said it would. Due to the political climate, the item was stuck in customs and exceeded the 8-12 business days arrival time.
It was a bit stressful as this was my first time purchasing through them, but along each step of the way, Rachel kindly assisted me through the process. She provided stellar customer service and made sure to notify me the next steps.
My package finally arrived after more than a month of waiting, but it did not disappoint. It was very intentionally wrapped, provided with an extra battery, a very thoughtful message, a small tool to fix the watch if needed, an extra gift trinket, and additional wipes. It truly made my day! The watch was also even more beautiful/delicate in person.
Other than the customs issue, which was out of their control, I would definitely still give this place a try. I can't wait to purchase another item to gift to a friend.

I can't express how much I love my new watch. I wasn't sure what to expect from the photos but when I received my watch, my expectations were completely surpassed and I, thoroughly impressed!!! The packing is very nice and clean. There are added goodies that I was not expecting. The quality, weight, and craftsmanship of the watch is superb.
I got this watch for my daughter as a 17th birthday gift. I was hoping it would have come before her birthday but I may have ordered it too late for that to happen. So it was a little extra gift afterwards that came beautifully wrapped in a box and a pillow with a tool as well in case she needed to take links off. Along with some other little things as well. She started tearing because it was so beautiful, great quality, and just made her so happy. I had reached out to the company to see if it could be here before her birthday and they were very communicative as well. I would absolutely purchase something from this company again!
