Search engine results are determined independently by search platforms based on their own algorithms and indexing. Regarding billing, all costs and subscription terms are shown clearly in advance on our website and during the sign-up process. The invoice you refer to is for the renewal of your Webador Pro subscription, which is still active at this time. Please note you received a 50% discount for the first year, and your domain name was free for the first year, so the total cost may be higher this year. As you were advised via email, your account was flagged by our system as it was linked to other accounts that were previously closed due to abuse of our service. We're doing our best to investigate this for you based on your claim that you didn't own the other accounts, however to date you've unfortunately refused to provide the information that was requested. To clarify, we didn't ask you for proof of payment - we asked for the billing information that was entered during sign-up, i.e. the full billing name and address.
