The fact that as a paying and loyal customer, I am not able to redeem the same discount as a new member is disappointing. The fact I have to cancel and purchase a new subscription is not a good use of time or effort. However, in customer support, Clara, was helpful through this difficulty. Although on other occasions I have had some problems to solve an error, since they asked me to create staging sites, which I found quite complex and cumbersome. In the last one, it has been resolved perfectly and very professionally, they have been in charge of reviewing and solving the problem without further complications on my part. I had an issue with their plugin and they had asked me for details which I sent 3 days back and gave them admin access to my backend as they had requested. I received no response whatesoever and all of a sudden 'My site just got completely distorted and the whole site is a mess! This is so scary! How can anyone touch the main website when I provided them my staging site. And that too without any email response when I had emailed them atleast 7-8 times on 5 days! Very unprofessional!
