Decent experience. Bit slow though

Speed at which queries are resolved should be improved. Also the wait time to get someone to attend should be reduced. Finally queries do get resolved as team is knowledgeable and has much needed patience.

Nice change to have someone who uses kind language when emailing a customer. Sure, a tech question needs a tech answer, but the human touch helps, especially, as in this case, it's not an answer that helps because the product itself does not have a needed option. Good on ya, Ehsanul Abrar, Jr. Support Engineer!

For me its all about customer support. Because its when you have problems that you need your supplier to be there. Easily accessible and understanding of your needs. WeDevs and Carl, have been excellent every time.
