WP Frontend... great plugin, amazing support

I needed support for the WP Frontend plugin, and even thou I still use the free version, the attendant Naomi gave me all attention, with patience, and solved the issue. I can’t wait to be able to buy the paid version. It’s a great plugin , with a great support.

Everything is made easy: clear documentation about the Dokan system, its modules, pricing, comparison, youtube tutorial videos, and answering my questions clearly & throughly. I also like the pricing system: you can choose from 3 different options, and upgrade between versions without any hassle. Special thanks to Naomi for the great customer experience.

Not good replies for support

I have changed my review. Initially they were good. Since then I have had really slow support. Some tickets taking days to reply. Its holding up business. Will be happy to change my review if these issues are sorted but right now I am ignored.
