Service was outstanding! Communicated with me every step of the way from initial order receipt through to the date the order shipped out to me. Their communication was great in locating the JD part I needed. I know I am not alone in experiencing the problems of very limited supplies of JD parts. A Western employee went out of his way to not only locate a scarce attachment, but as soon as I ordered it he made sure it was shipped timely and I received it the date they said it would arrive. I found Western when I watched one of their instructive You Tube videos on installing JD attachments. They offer new customers a discount on some orders. Nice place to do business with.
