My order 689714 comprises a custom mug and an 8x10 custom portrait. I have not received any updates regarding the status of the portrait. Despite contacting customer service, I continue to receive tracking information exclusively for the mug. This indicates that there may have been an issue with the portrait not being properly centered, and a replacement has presumably been shipped. I have paid for both the portrait and the additional mug.

Have to upgrade my review to a 4. Once the company saw my review, they offered to replace our picture with a corrected picture and even sent us a proof before production. If done correctly initially, I would have given them a 5 out of 5 stars, but because of the long process and 2nd attempt we are rating them a 4 out of 5. We are very happy thay they corrected their mistake and remade the picture correctly. They get a 5 out of 5 for customer service because they corrected a mistake at no cost.

I was very excited to receive a blanket with illustrations of my pet, but unfortunately the final product was quite disappointing. The printed illustration quality is poor—the colors are off, and it barely looks any different from the original photo. Overall, the print looks low-quality and not very cute. Even my friends agreed that it doesn’t feel worth the price. Additionally, the blanket itself is very thin and feels cheap. While the advertising looks nice and high-quality, the actual product does not live up to those expectations at all.

I placed my order on 3/16/26 and added the option to skip the line. This is an order for a birthday that is 4/8/26. So there would be plenty of time for the order to arrive especially given that I paid to skip the line. Today is 4/3/26, I have reached out to the company many times beginning 3/28/26 since I had not received tracking information. As of today I still have not gotten any tracking information or a resolution as to why I never received tracking or my order.
