I was very happy with my experience with whiskerDocs.com My puppy of 5 pounds was stung and the assistant was very nice and asked a lot of question and let me know not to given him Benadryl. My Puppy Bentley did very well and I am thank for that I got enough information to help him. I would give 5 stars, but we were cut off, on her end she could not hear me, but I could hear her saying "are you there, no she is gone". The assistant did not call me back and she had all my information.
The CVT was great. However, the response times were very long since the CVT was handling more than one pet parent. I would prefer more 1 on 1 time
I called very late at night and I was surprised to talk to a very kind, supportive and knowledgeable animal healthcare person. She answered all my questions and told me various things to help me understand the situation. I was very surprised and happy to know that there was no charge for this service. Miranda was extremely helpful calming out stress and anxiety down while also guiding us on how to take care of our baby puppy hudson who had a bee stinger in his lip. She walked us through emergency scenarios first and all signs to look for talking him to the ER. Then she guided us through how to remove the stinger, disinfecting his wound and also clean it up. She stayed on with us for almost an hour maybe longer helping calm our nerves and also guided us through everything. Without Whisker Docs and miranda we would have likely made unnecessary ER trips and not given Hudson the best possible care right away.
I called just to get some feeding information for my kitten and the CVT was very helpful. She did some research after taking some info about my kitten and emailed me what I needed to know less than half an hour later.
