First time using the service. My dog was experiencing a minor skin issue. It was over the weekend so my vet was closed. The CVT provided sound guidance and feedback. I also appreciate the follow up to ensure my dog was doing well.

Kind and good information
I have free whiskerDocs consultation through my pet insurance. The vet tech was very kind and provided a lot of information to help me make confident decisions about my cat's procedures. Our phone call was followed up by a very thorough email that was very helpful for me to look at again later. The vet tech also followed up again a week later to make sure everything was okay. I appreciated their attention to care.
