It was great to connect with a knowledge person and the advice was solid. The mobile interface is a bit slow. It took a while for the app to realize I had stopped typing so it delayed responses from the vet tech. If it were a conversation it would have taken half as much time. But I appreciated the questions that led to a good outcome.
The vet tech answered quickly and was able to put me at ease regarding the issue with my pup.
Answered my phone call immediately. Vet Tech was very helpful and professional. Explained diagnosis clearly, asked good questions, listened closely to my answers. Her immediate follow up with an email that summarized our discussion was very appreciated and clear. This is my first experience and it was very positive.
They totally reassured me after listening to what my dog ate ..looking into it thoroughly..and gave some suggestions to act proactively just to limit the possible length of time should he should have some mild adverse symptoms.
