Order Never Shipped
I placed an order almost a month ago. I got the shipping notification, but the item has never actually shipped. I have not received my order, and attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. I will be seeking a refund and will not recommend Wholesale Party Supplies to anyone.
AVOID!!
Update: Placed a large order and a few items were missing from the delivery. Multiple attempts of contacting the company via ‘contact us’ section of website have been unanswered. Customer service seems to be non-existent. I guess i am just going to have to accept that I won’t be receiving all of the items I paid for and move on? It’s unfortunate because I am satisfied with everything else I received and the prices are good, but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. First and last time using this company. Others clearly have had this issue as well. Avoid!! Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. However I did not receive a few items that I ordered, I sent a message via the ‘Contact Us’ button on the site but have not received a reply. I was also disappointed in how everything in my order was just thrown into one big box - some items were bent as a result.
Pretty disappointing
Pretty disappointing.The package arrived on time but had missing items. Submitted form to request for missing item or refund.Never received any response.Also, I wanted to return few items within a week of receiving the package but the shipping costed as much as the price of the return items. I would be more cautious next time I will purchase anything from here.
Love the website and the products
Love the website and the products that I received. The only problem I had is that I didn't receive 1 item in my order. I emailed the company, because the phone number on file is not active, but I haven't received a response back yet. Despite this, I will order from them again.
Missing items
Was really excited about my order and received it but had items missing from it.I have emailed and never got a response.Called and number never picks up and drops call.Items we’re for my daughters birthday party and now we’ve had to go looking for something else.It would be nice if someone could return my email so I can get my items or be refunded! Horrible customer service!

Super low prices on the same stuff you see on other prices. Even with shipping the prices were significantly lower. I got a bunch of mario brothers themed stuff for super cheap!

I did not receive my entire order
I did not receive my entire order. I am missing 3 packages of cake plates. I have tried more than once to reach the company. The phone number is not in service. I’ve emailed and have heard nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card because I didn’t receive my complete order!!

I received my package and the confetti bags were all open and exposed all over the package all over the other items throughout the box so the majority of the confetti had to be thrown away.

After making my order I noticed I’d ordered the wrong quantity of certain items. It was a Friday past the company’s hours so I sent an email. No response. I tried to call the number they listed as their customer service to no avail. And to make matters worse, some of the items I’d ordered & needed were not included when my order came. I am now trying to get a credit through PayPal as no one has ever contacted my from this company. I would suggest you find your party supplies elsewhere with a reputable reputation so you don’t loose money.
One happy kid
I was unable to find any monster jam birthday supplies at any stores. Amazon wanted a small fortune for theirs. I was getting discouraged and upset that I wasn't going to be able to give my son the party he wanted. So I searched online and this website came up. I was able to get everything I needed to give him his birthday party and at great prices! I will definitely use them again in the future.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 2 different sized plates for a party. I only received the smaller sized plates. I've tried multiple times to email from their website, call & message the company on Facebook, but no one responds.
