I have now placed three orders for hats with logos from Wholesale Screen Printing and have been very happy with the results.
I live in Germany and my wife and I have a western riding group. I decided to have hats made with our logo and make them available to our riders. I found Wholesale Screen Printing’s website after trying several other companies and having no luck with them. Being a retired civil engineer, I had a lot of questions to ask to make sure I was getting the product I wanted. For one reason or another, the other companies were not suitable or were not responsive. I then started looking online and this company’s website had a design portion so you could make your own design. That was a huge plus for me. I tried it and liked it so I began dealing with the company. My POC was Stephanie and she was a pleasure to deal with. My first challenge to her was regarding the number of hats. I wanted to use the same design on all hats but change the colors, both of the hats and of the text on the hat. She worked with me and agreed that would be ok. My next challenge was to make my design work for the size of the area to be embroidered on the hat. Stephanie sent my design to her graphics department who had to slightly change the design due to the space limitations on the embroidery area of the hats. My final challenge was shipping the hats to two different locations. We agreed to a mutual solution for this. When I finally received the hats, I was very happy with the quality of the hats (I couldn’t see the hats in person beforehand since it was an online order) as well as the quality of the embroidery done. As for the price, I liked the company’s policy that the unit price decreased as you ordered more hats. The final price was very reasonable, especially since the shipping was included in the price of the hats. What drew me to this company initially was the design portion of their website where you could design your own logo for the company then to work with. What kept me dealing with them was the total cooperation provided via Stephanie and her colleagues. Yes, I would recommend them and certainly would deal with them again. All my dealings with the company were via email except for one phone call. Those were my comments on my initial dealings with the company. I have since had two more orders and have been happy with the cost, quality and timeliness. Stephanie is no longer with the company but my new POC, Kelley, has been superb also. As I said previously, I would definitely recommend this company and will deal with them again if I need a fourth order.
All around amazing!
My first satisfaction arrose from the vast selection of shirt colors they offer. Website was easy to use. I really liked that I could save multiple shirt designs since the project I was working on required that I make additions as time went on. I had a question for them, went to contact us, called the number, and a real person answered the phone hahah. so nice not to have to deal with those phone trees for ten minutes haha. the price was awesome too. after a couple of days, they sent me a pic to show they were working on the shirts to show how it's coming along. that doesn't really do anything, but it sure is exciting to see it looking good. the shirts were delivered when they quoted me. flawlessly executed Wholesale Screen Printing!
