Amazing team of support
Kayleigh and Savannah helped us to get our design ready and launched on a very short deadline. Then, we noticed a mistake (on our end), Kareemah answered my question over a weekend, allowing us to launch rigt away! And Savannah jumped back in to make sure our error was quickly corrected on our design. We had a project/deadline that any normal person would say "impossible", and this team of heros allowed me to say "done!" We are so thankful for their amazing support and look forward to working with them on our next campaign.
Print on Demand for Events Made Easy
Worked very well for printing our event shirts. Customer service was very helpful when uploading my designs. My one critique is that the quality of prints varied across the range of shirts and hoodies we offered. Especially on the hoodies there was some color bleed around the edges of all the designs. Additionally, the block color long sleeve shirts were more transparent / thin than we expected.
Good, but do not order from the EU
Quality was fine. Ordered for a good cause. Shipping + tax added around €42 on top of a $70 order, so yeah, this store (or any other US store) is not a viable option without an EU warehouse to ship from.

The experience I had with Bonfire was Great! The customers service department with the online chat Is very helpful. I often interacted with them Who were too clear and kind. All the Infos the gave tò me were too worth in order tò know the product collateral aspects. The delivery (from usa tò the south of Italy) was shortly and fine. I suggest Bonfire online shopping tò everyone.
