T-shirt had a hole in the seam
I purchased a T-shirt from them, the shirt had a hole in one of the seams, I tried to contact them about this and even sent a picture of the shirt with the hole, and I had no reply. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund for the shirt. I would have really liked to have resolved this in a different way but due to the lack of communication or rather no communication, I had no choice but to get a refund.
