Used with defects

I received my item but it was not as pictured. The straps on the watch were upside down. I had to look on YouTube to find out how to remove the straps from a G Shock and install them correctly.

Cleanliness of item

Cleanliness of item Item arrived in the mail, but taking off the faceplates, I realized that the inside of the console was absolutely disgusting and covered in cigarette residue and dust. It doesn't appear that they inspect/clean their items when before they sell it. If i knew of this, I wouldn't of bought the product.

Had a DSLR Shipped

Had a DSLR delivery and lenses sent by them. Product was as described, functioned, and shipped fast. I will say I was concerned about shipping product that can be fragile, but they packed it to the point it was comical, but absolutely contributed to its delivery without damage. Overall will order again if I see something I want.

This is my second review! Since my last one Pawn America has been working on their website. At the time of my last review, I had only ordered a laptop now I’m on my third order. In fact, it just came today. So after three orders with Pawn America. I am totally satisfied doing business with them. I feel their prices most of the time are in order so shall we say good deal category! I’ve ordered from a couple different stores and I will say Rochester really got on the ball. Why they had my package packed labeled and shipped in no time. Much better than the previous store which I won’t mention their name. Anyway, they both did well. I did call Rochester and spoke to them about the item that I was buying before I made the purchase. I was totally satisfied. I also had a problem with my first order which for some reason I didn’t get my $10 off my first order when I signed up for text messages and K-rewards. I spoke to a gentleman I believe his name was Kyle. He straightened it all out for me just like a champ even though it was my error. He gave me that $10 back to spin again. So if you’re looking for a good online Pawn broker and there are several stick with Pawn America. I’m sure you’ll be satisfied. I am. Thanks and have a nice day. Big John

The item ordered is the item received & in great condition, almost like new. The packaging of the item was fairly executed minus the items original packaging. I was surprised to see the overall data was not wiped which makes me question whether the item was actually tested for functionality.

Beautiful Tiffany Necklace - Excellent Experience

My experience with Pawn America was great! I bought a Tiffany necklace for a great price. It was shipped quickly and packaged very well. The necklace came in a beautiful box and was in better condition than listed. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience with Pawn America. I will definitely be visiting the site again.

Not what I expected

When I ordered my necklace there was no notice that I would have to sign for it like I am just supposed to know that! That caused a big headache as far as getting it. Then there was the different information between tag on product and receipt information one said 14k the other 18k when I call customer service it was like no big deal just return it I has already been a pain then to find out I had to return it.I have had enough.I have contact better business bureau on false advertising.
