I placed an IN-STORE pickup order for a ps5, I changed my mind called the Bloomington, Mn location where the pickup was supposed to be. Clerk says “calm the number at the bottom of the site, my manager confirms” well ok so I call the number, they only operate e-commerce mon-fri.. even though the item I bought is SITTING IN THE PHYSICAL STORE. Kind of ridiculous that an item in your store can’t be returned in your store don’t you think?

Fast delivery showed up on time for extra money I paid! Only complaint would be price but the online mgr knew I wanted the piece and gave some winded explanation for not discounting…… Also even though I had piece from same store brought down to another location prior to buying and paying for it once again I was given a winded version of why they don’t do this which is obviously NOT the case because I bought this way in May of this year!! I will buy from them now and then because they get some really cool things and generally are priced ok too. If I wait long enough the 5k item I am going to buy may just drop and I’ll own it too! Thanks everyone!

I recently purchased an Apple Ipad Air M4 and Magic keyboard Folio, the prices were a great value, the items were in excellent condition. The transaction was smooth and the processing and shipping were very quick.
