The item was not ready when I went to the store. They hadn't even pulled it from the shelf after several hours. The associate did not seem to have time for me since I did not have my "email for pickup" the whole encounter felt very second fiddle.

I purchased an expensive ring yesterday Morning and it still has not been mailed out. I called and they said there web guy only comes in during the week, but I bought this yesterday morning. Disappointed as all the other stores on pawn America mailed out the item that day.
We are sorry for the misunderstanding with this order's shipping. Our orders ship out by the next business day and we ship out items Monday - Friday. So any order bought on Friday, Saturday or Sunday would ship out on Monday. The exception would be any Express order bought before 1 PM on Friday. Your order has been packaged for you and is set to ship out today on Monday the 10th.

Tool arrived fast and undamaged! Liked dealing with Kyle over the phone he was very truthfull with decription of tool. The battery is old and really doesn't hold charge very long. But other than that I was very happy! I would buy from these guy again.
