Well, I love Pawn America. I’ve only bought one laptop from them, but I sure hate their new website.. it’s terrible. I don’t know who designed it but honestly, they need fired.. It is a terrible website.. doesn’t load properly. Can’t magnify the products to look at them very well on your phone or laptop or desktop. It’s just tough to navigate around. Then when you see something you like and you click on it and you study it and want to go back, you have to start all over again. Totally sucks. Anyway Pawn America is a great place. My second item was obviously a packpack laptop that had storage scuff marks but clearly never used. It was at a huge price markdown. The small scuffs where not noticable on camera or anyone really looking at it. Very pleased with this company.

Ordered a Milwaukee drill battery and charger combo came ,got it and and the charger didn't work so I called customer service and talk to a real person didn't have to wait long at all he said he would reimburse me for the charger no complaint and had to call back later to check on another order and got the same guy he was very helpful and nice will continue to purchase items from this site it hard to believe that in this day and age there's a come that responds right away and is helpful when you have an issue and that's not giving you the run around ,this place is a good example for other company wish them good luck

playstation 4 was absolutely disgusting sticky stuff all over it even opened it up and sticky stuff inside as well. sounds like a jet engine taking off and that it’s gonna over heat . piece of junk
