Parts missing. Entire box smelled of cigarettes. Contacted them via the contact me on their email on Thursday and still havent heard back.

No care at all
Sent me an extremely dusty and stick Xbox series x. Like they spent no time refurbishing it all. Also packaged pretty lackluster in a box that was too big for it/not enough padding so package arrived kind of squished.

Bought a KitchenAid 500W mixer
Bought a KitchenAid 500W mixer. Shipped with plenty of protection in the box. Shipped UPS and came in 2 days. Opened it up and the mixer looked brand new! Even the attachments that come with it still had the factory stickers on it. And it was the Agave color which is getting harder to find. Great price and Great Ship!
