Great experience with our first online purchase! My son wanted a Nintendo switch, pawn America had great prices! We chose pawn America versus like market place or ebay for the fact that we can return it in store for up to 14 days! Hes very happy with it, everything works great, with just a few wear/scratch marks. I originally was going to choose the free shipping option, but when checking out a $15 off option was available for pickup, so we chose that! He was also excited to find his favorite game when we were picking up the switch that was not posted online! So that made his day! Highly recommend pawn America if you want to save a lot of money and have the safety of being able to return something if it doesn’t work like expected! We will be back when we need additional joycons as they are the best price that ive found!

Shipped timely, product was not damaged. I will add one critique: While my item arrived undamaged, I do believe it was not adequately packaged (bubble wrap, etc.) It made me a little nervous, but the console still worked perfectly and was not damaged at all. Thank you! This was also very affordable, great price.

I purchased a PlayStation 4 from your store and not only did it arrive without controllers, it was dirty and had goo all over it. It took 15 minutes of scrubbing to clean the thing and after that I couldn't even play it. Thanks for not caring about presentation when you sell products that are frankly overpriced.
