First Timer - A+ Experience!
This was my first time using PawnAmerica - my 12 yo was trying to purchase a used Xbox. Not only was this a great value, but shipping / packaging was perfection- fast & packed WELL. Would absolutely shop here again.

Still Waiting On Order.... (Modified)
I purchased two mermaid tails for Christmas gifts back on 11/2/16 after seeing the ads on FB. I know better to read reviews and for some reason I didn't (I did however pay close attention to sizing- fingers crossed). I should have realized what was going on when 1) my credit card wouldn't work and 2) the paypal name was Hassan instead of DressLilly. I've continued to monitor the tracking, however the item appears to have been in US customs since 11/13 (today is 12/9). At this point I have NO idea if I will actually receive product I paid for, nor am I currently able to get an ETA since the item is still just sitting in customs for going on 3+ weeks now. When submitting a customer request/ticket, I was asked to provide details that should have already been associated with my order number that I provided (name, address, phone, etc). I will update this review if I receive any sort of valuable direction. Shame on me- ALWAYS read the reviews- this will probably end up being a terrible purchase. Update 12/18- By 12/16 I received the products (1.5 months after ordering). 3/4 of this delay was caused by the item sitting in US customs from 11/13- mid-December. DressLilly has since kindly credited my purchase for the delay & allowed me to keep the items. The products are as described & in good condition. My only caution going forward would be to EXPECT delays when purchasing due to customs, not necessarily the vendor. This could be different in a non-holiday season. I will also be updating my review with DressLilly since they did provide solid customer service for my complaint.
