I placed an IN-STORE pickup order for a ps5, I changed my mind called the Bloomington, Mn location where the pickup was supposed to be. Clerk says “calm the number at the bottom of the site, my manager confirms” well ok so I call the number, they only operate e-commerce mon-fri.. even though the item I bought is SITTING IN THE PHYSICAL STORE. Kind of ridiculous that an item in your store can’t be returned in your store don’t you think?
